Girls Next Door: Life Outside the Mansion
The Girls Next Door, also called The Girls of the Playboy Mansion, is a reality show about the lives of Hugh Hefner, founder and editor-in-chief of Playboy magazine and his three girlfriends of that time, Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson and Bridgett Marquardt. This show is produced by Kevin Burns and Hefner, and is shown on the E! cable television network. It showcases the parties and events that happen inside the Playboy Mansion such as Fight Night, and Fourth of July Celebration, as well as Playboy Magazine related events like Playboy Jazz Festival at the Hollywood Bowl, Playmate photo shoots, and many more. The show was a huge hit, but after five seasons, the stars of the show bade goodbye to Hef, ending their relationship with him and leaving the mansion permanently. Holly Madison
Holly Madison has been Hefs main girlfriend even before the reality show first aired. She was discovered by one of Hefs friend during a bikini contest and had moved to the mansion years after they started going out. According to rumors, Holly wanted to get married and have a family with Hef, something that Hef just didnt want or wasnt capable of doing anymore at his age. When Las Vegas illusionist Criss Angel entered Hollys life, Holly began dating him and ended her relationship with Hefner. She left the Playboy mansion after this. She also quit her job in Playboys West Coast as Junior Photo Editor. She starred in the reality show spin-off entitled Hollys World. In 2009, she also appeared as a contestant in the Dancing with the Stars but was voted off during the elimination round. Her other stints include a topless burlesque show at Peepshow at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, which has become the center of her reality show Hollys World. Her relationship with Criss Angel ended a year after. She also dated Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden then All Time Low guitarist Jack Barakat.
Bridget Marquart
Although Bridget appears like a bubbly girl, always cheery and laughing, she is actually more intelligent than most people think. This hot bod has an M.A. degree in Journalism. Apparently, she is more interested in show business than in pursuing what she earned in her graduate studies. Bridget has been Hefs girlfriend for almost as long as Holly. After moving out of the mansion, she hosted a television program in Travel Channel, entitled, Bridgets Sexiest Beaches. She also directed her own horror movie, starred in a radio show, and has done numerous cameo appearances in television.
Kendra Wilkinson
Kendra was the last of the girls to move out of the mansion. She expressed her intentions to leave the mansion and end her relationship with Hef to start a new one with football star Keith Baskett, with whom she would star in a reality show with. The reality show entitled Kendra features her life with her newfound love and the small family that they are creating. Controversies floated when she confessed about cheating on Hef during her five-year relationship with the Playboy mogul.
