Known as Formula One of Formula 1, F1 racing is the highest level of single seater automobile racing that is approved by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA). In fact, the F1’s official name is the FIA Formula One World Championship.
The formula means that there is a number of rules that must be followed by all cars entered into the race. The FIA Formula One World Championship is made up of a series of Grand Prix or Big Prize races that are held on special racing tracks as well as public roads. What happens at the end of each race is put together in order to find out who will participate in two annual World Championships for drivers and constructors.
Racing drivers, constructor teams, track officials, organizers, and circuits must all have valid Super Licences. This is the highest class of racing licence that is granted by the FIA.
The cars that race in the FIA Formula One World Championship are said to be among the fastest cars that race on global circuits. This is because they are able to generate a lot of aerodynamic downforce.
