This exciting car race was first held in the city of Ontario, and when Formula One took over the race, it was alternated between Quebec and Ontario. Due to safety issues and concerns, the Canadian Grand Prix was moved to a new location. In the 1978, Montreal became the official home of the Grand Prix car race.
