In the past few years, the tradition of Christmas candle lighting had began to disappear in the homes of people as they are replaced by different electric lightings. There are now candles made to run through electricity, Christmas lights that light the tree, and other forms of light to adorn the table. But nothing will replace the warmth and joyous aura brought by the Noel Christmas candles. In the 1500s the Protestants followed Martin Luthers lead by bringing evergreens into their house during The Christmas season and putting a candle in the middle of it.
